Greece’s Labour and Social Affairs Minister Costis Hatzidakis announced on Saturday the launch of training programmes, amounting to 300 million euros, by the autumn, in the context of the radical reform for the modernization of training, which is included in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, ANA reports. The specific proposal of the labour ministry that was included in the plan for the utilization of the resources of the Recovery Fund generally promotes investments in the training and retraining of the labour force, with emphasis on digital skills. According to the competent ministry, this reform is a top priority, taking into consideration the fact that, in our country, there is a mismatch between skills and needs in the labour market.
