If you have informed me that I will receive a refund, how will this work?
If you request and have the right to a refund of your flight, we will help you to obtain it. First of all, we will request a refund from the airline. The airline must then approve the request in order for the refund process to begin. You can also contact the airline directly.
The refund is dependent on the airline's processing times. These can vary significantly between the different airlines, and unfortunately we cannot influence the processing times. We will certainly do our best to ensure that any refund that you are owed is made to you as soon as possible.
When the refund is made, we reverse the payment. This means, for example, that if you paid for your trip with a card the refund will be made to the same card.
